Being referred to the project by the CLT supplier, Build Anatomy were able to offer simple cost savings with improved acoustic performance and a more durable flooring solution.
SoundDown PAB with Maglok proved to be a good value engineering option for the constructor to help deliver a high-quality solution cost effectively.
The SoundDown with Maglok flooring also reduced the overall fire load on the building. Build anatomy are also providing a custom sized SoundDown Vinyl over shower tray system in the accessible bathroom. Our proprietary system is level with our acoustic floor and incorporates an Ardex jointing solution, guaranteeing waterproof robustness and level entry for accessibility.
